21. The Buyer will pay the Seller immediately. If the Buyer fails to make a payment by the due date, the Seller may, without notice, withhold shipment of any more Goods to the Purchaser and may end, without liability to the Buyer, any or all surviving contracts in between the Seller and the Buyer.
If payment is not made on the due date, the Seller may charge interest on the quantity payable at the rate of 5% over the 90 day bank bill rate suitable on the day the payment is due. 23. The Purchase Rate is not inclusive of items and services tax, unless otherwise defined in composing.
